Product Description
The high flow automatic backwash
filtering equipment is a comprehensive filtration solution designed to meet the diverse needs of various industries. This advanced filter system incorporates a range of features and benefits that make it an ideal choice for large-scale filtration applications.
Working Principle
Backwash filters are precision filters that can be recycled and cleaned without disassembly.
1. Filtration process: when the liquid enters the equipment from the filter inlet, it is filled with filter impurities and is intercepted on the outside of the filter element. After filtering for a period of time, the impurities accumulate on the outer surface of the filter element, the effective filtration area gradually decreases, the pressure difference inside and outside the filter element gradually becomes larger, and the flux of the filter gradually becomes smaller, when it reaches a certain value, the filter needs to be backblown and regenerated.
2. Regeneration process: when the differential pressure reaches the set value, the filter can be manually or through the PLC to start the reverse blowing.
3. First close the filter inlet and outlet, open the back mouthpiece, start pressurizing, when the pressure reaches a certain value, open the drain valve.
This process is repeated several times until the regeneration process is complete. Close the drain valve and open the inlet and outlet valve to resume the filtration process.
Backwash Rotating Device
The automated backwash system is powered by a backwash rotating device that operates based on pressure difference control and timing control. When impurities accumulate on the inner surface of the filter element, causing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet to increase to a set value (such as 1kgf/cm²), or when the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the backwash rotating device.
During the backwash process, the suction cup port aligns with the filter element inlet, and the drain valve opens, allowing the system to discharge pressure. A negative pressure zone appears on the inside of the suction cup and the filter element, lower than the water pressure on the outside of the filter element. This pressure difference forces part of the net circulating water from the outside of the filter element to flow into the inside, cleaning the filter element effectively.
