Product Overview
Scraper self cleaning filters are divided into two categories according to the position of the scraper: internal scraper filters and external scraper filters.
The scraper filter uses a 360° rotating scraper and a cylinder lifting scraper to automatically clean impurities and dirt online, without manual cleaning, and maintains continuous operation. It is mainly used for filtering low, medium and high viscosity liquids. It is a self cleaning scraper filter equipment with excellent performance.

Working principle:
The liquid enters from the shell inlet, the viscous material medium passes through the wedge-shaped filter screen, the coarse particles are intercepted by the filter screen, and the high-concentration liquid enters the next production link after filtration. The impurities are intercepted on the inner surface of the filter screen, slowly accumulate, and part of them settle at the bottom of the equipment. The differential pressure sensor detects the differential pressure value inside and outside the filter element, and the control module starts the established cleaning program. The scraper cleans the medium attached to the inner and outer walls of the filter screen, and discharges the shell with the concentrated liquid at the bottom to restore the normal filtering state.
