The self-cleaning filter is a precision device that uses a filter to directly intercept impurities in the water, remove suspended matter and particulate matter in the water, reduce turbidity, purify water quality, reduce system dirt, algae, rust, etc., to purify water quality and protect the normal operation of other equipment in the system. Water enters the self-cleaning filter body from the water inlet. Due to the intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition and give the sewage valve signal to automatically discharge all sewage.

industrial circulating water treatment, sewage treatment, mining water treatment, golf course water treatment, construction, steel, petroleum, chemical industry, electronics, power generation, textile, papermaking, food, sugar making, pharmaceuticals, plastics, automotive industry and other fields.
It has the following characteristics:
1. Large processing capacity, and can be used in parallel, and the processing capacity of a single machine can reach 4000m3/h.
2. The default filtration accuracy is 200 microns, and it can be selected from 25 to 3000 microns. The filtration area is large and the pollution holding capacity is high. Users can choose according to the actual filtration conditions.
3. Brush cleaning, the time interval between two cleaning and sewage discharge is long, with the characteristics of uninterrupted water supply during cleaning and sewage discharge, no bypass required, short cleaning time, and low sewage water consumption.

Working principle:
During filtration, sewage enters from the bottom of the filter and is distributed to each filter element. The sewage is filtered from the inside to the outside of the filter element. The solids in the sewage are intercepted by the filter; the cleaning mechanism is driven by an electric motor to rotate and move the sucking scanner up and down. The inside of the sucking scanner is connected to a 3" drain valve. When the drain valve is opened, the pressure difference between the water pressure inside the filter and the external atmosphere causes each suction nozzle to generate strong suction. The scanner sucks the impurities from the filter and discharges them through the drain valve. This cleaning process takes about 35-60 seconds. The four filters of the filter are cleaned in turn. During the entire backwashing process, the system keeps flowing.
