Product Overview:
Candle filter: Candle filtration is a relatively advanced, safe, efficient and pollution-free new filtering method. The filter cake is formed on the outside of the filter cloth, and the clarified filtrate is discharged from the inside of the candle through the dip tube.
Scope of application: Filtration, adsorption and recovery of precious

Working principle:
RHZS candle filter (also called microporous filter) is in a closed container, composed of multiple microporous filter elements (or filter cloth and other filter media on the filter element jacket). When filtering, the slurry is pumped into the filter, and the liquid in the slurry passes through the filter medium and enters the center of the porous filter element and is collected at the clear liquid outlet for discharge. Before the candle filter is formed, the discharged "clear liquid" returns to the raw material slurry inlet and is sent to the filter again for circulation filtration until the candle filter is formed (can meet the filtration requirements), providing a signal to control the clear liquid to stop circulating, and the clear liquid is sent to the next process through the three-way valve for normal filtration.
After a period of normal filtration, when the filter cake on the porous candle wick reaches a certain thickness, a signal is provided to control the feed (stop), and then the residual liquid in the filter is drained. After draining, a signal is provided to control the backflush port (compressed air, nitrogen and saturated steam) for backflush to make the filter cake fall off. After a certain period of backflush, the backflush is stopped, and a signal is provided to open the filter slag discharge port for slag discharge. After the slag discharge is completed, the slag discharge port is closed and the filter returns to the initial state before filtration, ready for the next round of filtration.
