Design and Construction
The tank container is built according to ISO standards, making it suitable for different modes of transportation, including maritime, road, and rail. The tank shell is constructed from high-strength, low-alloy steel specifically designed for cryogenic applications, ensuring it can withstand the extreme pressures and temperatures associated with these liquids. The insulation layer is composed of multi-layer super vacuum thermal insulation, providing excellent thermal efficiency and reducing heat leakage.
The tank container is also equipped with a variety of valves and instrumentation to monitor and control its operations safely. These include pressure-building valves, liquid inlet valves, liquid discharge valves, pressure-building adjustable valves, three-way valves, gas passing valves, air-return valves, vent valves, residual discharge valves, safety valves, and liquid level indication differential pressure gauges. These valves and instruments are strategically placed to ensure the tank's safe and efficient operation.
