The tank body is made of high-strength stainless steel, safe and reliable, the cross-section of the tank body adopts a circular cylinder structure, and the inside is provided with a number of reinforcing rings, wave-proof plates, and the tank is equipped with a fixed bearing for transportation, so as to increase the strength of the tank and improve driving stability. Stainless steel thermal insulation liquid tank semi-trailer, optional 50-150mm thickness insulation materials, materials for high-quality glass fiber wool, polyurethane, rock wool, etc. The skin is made of stainless steel, alloy gold or fiberglass, etc., and the head is made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy or FRP insulation head, and the appearance is embossed with process, which is beautiful and durable. The cylinder is formed by a long-axis rolling machine, and the tank body is all automatically welded with gas protection, with reliable welding quality, beautiful appearance and quality reaching the domestic first-class level.

1) Liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon cryogenic liquid tank trucks are divided into pump-equipped and non-pump series. Pump-equipped tank trucks are equipped with cryogenic centrifugal pumps or submersible pumps in the rear piping system of the tank truck. The unloading liquid is transported outward by the pump, and the unloading is fast. The vehicle body itself is equipped with a generator or an external mains power supply; non-pump tank trucks are equipped with unloading superchargers. The pressure in the tank is increased by the self-supercharger to unload the liquid from the tank truck to the receiving tank. The cryogenic tank truck product variety is rich and complete.

2) Tank trucks are divided into cryogenic liquid transport vehicles or single vehicles (class II chassis modified vehicles), two-axle semi-trailers, and three-axle semi-trailers according to different walking parts.

3) The tank bodies of all models use new materials or strain strengthening technology. The whole vehicle has a light weight, large volume, and obvious lightweight effect. All series of cryogenic tank trucks have large loading capacity, convenient operation, stable performance, easy maintenance, efficient, safe and reliable transportation, excellent insulation effect, and are ideal special equipment for transporting cryogenic liquefied gas. The tank truck has low operating costs.

4) The product is mainly used for transporting cryogenic media, and the industries it targets are mainly the air separation gas industry and the energy industry. In the air separation gas industry, it is mainly used in gas production and manufacturing plants and gas sales plants; and in the energy industry, it is mainly used in the natural gas and petrochemical industries, such as some natural gas production, sales and application manufacturers, etc. There are also a small number of applications in the petrochemical industry, such as ethylene cryogenic vehicles, which are mainly used in the petrochemical industry.
