Pressure Testing: Both the tubes and the shell undergo rigorous pressure testing to ensure they can withstand high-pressure conditions. The tubes are tested to 1.8 MPa, and the shell is tested to 0.5 MPa
water pressure.
Cooling and Heating: Suitable for both cooling and heating applications in various industries, including petrochemical, acid tank plating, aluminum oxidation, light industry, metallurgy, electric power, shipbuilding, and marine environments.
Refrigerant and Cooling Media: The refrigerant side (inside the tubes) can use R22, R134a, R407c, R410a, etc. The cooling media (between the tubes and shell) can be natural water, fresh water, sea water, or other liquids.
